Diane Rawlings
Diane Rawlings taps more than 20 years of business and coaching experience to help executives move beyond the symptoms to the core issues, focusing on what matters most. She has consulted with more than 50 Fortune 1000 leadership teams and brought her incisive and collaborative approach to a broad range of business areas, including information and technology, healthcare and medicine, banking, telecommunications, retail, law firms, and professional agencies.
Rawlings has led enterprise-wide employee, customer service, and organizational change initiatives that have significantly improved service performance and customer retention. In addition, she has created international leadership programs and designed and delivered HR processes and systems. She is a seasoned executive coach.
Founder of Rawlings Consulting, Rawlings previously worked as the Director of Marketing Channel Alignment and Strategy at Thomson Reuters. Before that she served as the Global Practice Leader-TeamWise Solutions at Personnel Decisions International. Rawlings has also taught in the Humanities Department at Miami University (Ohio) and currently provides volunteer and private-practice family counseling services and therapy.
Rawlings is trained in sociolinguistics, anthropology, psychology, and psychotherapy, and she holds a Ph.D. (ABD) in Sociolinguistics from Miami University. She is a member of the Organization Development Network, Minnesota Women Psychologists, Legal Marketing Association, and American Marketing Association.
