Founder Steven Snyder Honored As A Leader In Business Ethics
Snyder Leadership Group builds upon a business foundation firmly ensconced in the principles of ethical leadership. Our founder, Steven Snyder, Ph.D., was recently honored with an invitation to deliver a JRD Tata Oration on Business Ethics at XLRI in Jamshedpur, India, in January 2008. This event is supported by an endowment from Mr. JRD Tata of the Tata Group, India’s largest conglomerate company. The Tata Group, with more than 90 businesses operating in steel, oil and other industries, enjoys a global reputation for innovation, research and professionalism.
Steven’s prominence in the field has earned him an instructional position at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he teaches business ethics in the master’s degree program. He has written a white paper, “Five Lenses of Responsible Leadership”, to serve as the conceptual framework for his course.
